Fire Emblem Stuff

I hate it when I play Heroes and can easily think of ways to make the story better, like with the newest book where they should have made Reginn trying to trap in her home world out of desperation, only to experience the cruelty and having Alfonse save her, showing the weakness of being too trusting yet also him gaining her trust by saving her when her own family betrayed her, instead of the usual “I’m joining you and you have no reason to trust me but you can because free unit”.

Just beat the Minerva map. I still hate it. At least I got a good flier and was able to boost her with the speed ring.

The Heroes story in general kinda reads more like a kitchen-sink fanfic than anything. An isekai’ed player character, a full-franchise crossover, a list of original characters and locations that reads like a Norse mythology checklist, half the paralogues being thinly-veiled Earth references, you name it.
 
Honestly, I usually only bother with the story mode when I need some extra orbs for a summon focus that interests me.

The game is base on Norse mythology, so that would be why. And I assume you mean the holiday-themed events/summons.
 
Like the newest free until that is apparently very powerful, especially for a free unit?

Actually I’ve mostly been collecting “cool-factor” stuff, like dragons and “fallen” characters. I already have enough BS-tier characters to handle the odd times when I actually feel like tryharding.

Considering how LTCs require units that are good from the start, it makes sense. It’s why you rarely (if ever) see Est units used in them. Of course, if it’s a LTC that isn’t a 100% recruitment and paralogues, than they likely skip them entirely.

I honest never used Donnel in my Awakening playthrough, I may do that once I revisit the game in the future, Mozu was pretty good in both my Birthright and Revelations playthroughs, however.

Indeed. Donnel is basically a glass cannon, unless you manage his defenses and/or speed.

Donnel is like the best character to train when you get him. He starts out like a joke character though.

I mean the archetype. He and Mozu aren’t an Est since they join very early, though are still weak units with great growths. Also, Est being a flier does swing things heavily in her favor, though neither are that good unless you allowing grinding, which makes almost everyone good in that case.
