According to Wikipedia, it was used by Russian Revolutionaries as a concealable weapon. Really dangerous to fire.

How rare are these pistols? I heard alot of them were carried back into the US as war souvenirs. But couldn’t find many videos of them?

This looks like something from science fiction movies. But it was a real 9mm modern civilian and law enforcement service pistol from South Africa.

Colt Python remains one of my favourite weapons. Unfortunately, getting a permit for any kind of fire arm here means jumping through a billion hoops. So I had to settle for a blank firing replica.

California is one of the most strictest state with Gun laws. Don’t get me wrong.
 
Texas is probably one of the most loosest states with Gun laws.
