Worst episodes of S7

I think this season has been pretty good so far. But, there have been a couple of bumps along the way.  
What were the worst episodes of the season so far, in your opinion?

Honest Apple is the only flop so far.

Rock Solid Friendship for the bait-and-switch into a Starlight episode (which I no longer watch).
 
Honest Apple for it’s sheer mediocrity and continuation of AJ’s personality regression.
 
Fluttershy Leans In for it’s hamfisted approach, with a forced “This side is good, this side is bad” dynamic that’s frustratingly similar to “Bats!”.

I loved Honest Apple! AJ’s exchange with Strawberry Sunrise alone makes it great. And while it was the best gag it was far from the only one. Plus it’s a wonderful comeuppance after “Dear Princess Celestia, I didn’t learn a thing!” (If anything, it was just too long in coming.)
 
The only one I thought was a relative let-down was Fluttershy Leans In. I wouldn’t say it was exactly a problem with good/bad. The experts thought they were helping a non-expert get what she really needed. It’s more that they misunderstood that Fluttershy was at least as much of an expert as them, only with animals instead of their areas. And knew what she really needed, just not how to build it. It just seemed to me more than a little contrived and out of character that nervous little Fluttershy wouldn’t even look at the progress, and wouldn’t just tell them “no” earlier in it, and then would fire them all on top of that, instead of asking them to re-do it right.

I’m not sure any of them qualifies as a bad episode. If I had to pick one, “Fluttershy Leans In” was probably the one I consider the least exciting of the new ones, but it was still a pretty solid story overall. It just doesn’t really stand out all that much in relation to a lot of the other ones.

Hard to Say Anything… You might screaming at me, telling me “SugarMac… is it?” But… kinda, it just ONE of the many problems I had with this episode. My biggest problem is the CMC being incredibly stupid, you don’t know how happy I am after I watched Forever Filly, seeing how they’re now being mature kids and then being let down by their performance this episode… And then there’s the cheese… I like HAHD handle of the cheesiness, with the big factor of having everybody suffering for the cringe made it so enjoyable. But this episode made my lips hurt so much because of the overwhelming cringiness… Another thing that I’ve said before, SugarMac is the worst canon ship so far… oh wait, second worst if counting TimberTwi. Sugar Belle? Really? Of all the mares in Equestria… outnumbered the population of stallions… and you chose Sugar Belle just because she looks like || Pear Butter || ? And maybe for the Beauty and the Beast reference? Why not Blossomforth? One of the Spa Ponies? Moondancer? Junebug? … Well, rant ended here and you can stop reading || maybe with anger ||now.

The Perfect Pear is the worst to me if the parents actually died.

Worst of the season to me is Parental Glideance. Dash’s parents were just obnoxious as hell, and it annoys me that they never had to realize they were part of the problem. And I hated Scootaloo’s guilt trip. Just because someone’s problem is the opposite of yours doesn’t mean it’s not a problem.
 
Fluttershy Leans In was very meh. Not bad per se, but exceedingly mediocre.

I agree with your problems in Parental Glideance

My top 3:
 
Celestial Advice - A bunch of what if scearios that lead to nowhere. Nothing significant happened in that ep.
 
Parental Glidance - Because more Dash fanboys is the last thing the show needed.
 
Hard to Say Anything - Please never give Big Mac another singing part. The other guy wasn’t much better. They were both pretty painful to watch.
