If you have to resort to that, your writing is bupkis. Either that or its more proof that communication just doesnt exist in IDW.
You are entitled to your headcanon but don’t try to use it as an argument.

I can definitely see them using Spike for the “star trek cop out”. Just look how many times the day is saved because Spock/Data/Odo/Seven of Nine is immune to the disease of the week.

Likely because there are more mares than stallions and mares are more popular. If only females could be corrupted that would have some strange implications.

While I’m sure his dragon nature will be part of the cure, I do note that the comic has yet to show any stallion being affected.
