I think the American releases tend to be over-saturated.

And the eyes look like they’ve got a few things off from the original image you’ve linked. The black eyeline tapers for a longer time, goes a bit further down, and the eye accent needs to be corrected for Scootaloo’s right eye.
 
Don’t feel bad about it, though, only the best vector artists tend to take the time to go find an accurate reference. Despite those little things, the vector’s actually better than most.

Colors look fine to me
 
They might be like 2-3% brighter than they are supposed to be, but nothing too significant

The colors seem almost neon.
 
Keep in mind the episode files can sometimes be off on the saturation. Just Google for a color guide - people have done the crazy work to get the exact right colors.
