I wouldn’t. Despite having similarities, the three of them have a few differences in their designs (like their heights, the shape of their mohawks, Ember’s horns and spots, the differences in Smoulder and Spike’s ear fins, Spike’s tradional dragon tail tip while the other two have more “aquatic” looking tail tips, and the details in Ember’s scales).
 
In fact, I’d argue that a lot of the ponies are more samey. Take the mane 6 for example. Before Twilight became an alicorn, all of them were the same height. They also had the same body types and snout shapes. The few things that prevented them from being complete duplicates from each other were their eye shapes, their manes and tails, and the fact that some of them had wings or horns.
