This is a vector of Queen Chrysalis’ first ever appearance, the very first frame that ever showed her.
Or at least it’s the same pose as in the first frame that showed her in actual show style. Her very first frame was mid-transformation from Cadance to Chrysalis with a different style used for the transformation.
