“Alright, is this working? Twilight, before i change, here’s a list of instructions for when i’m a “normal” pony. 1: Don’t let me hurt anyone, or anypony. We can’t have that, but you know what humans and ponies are like. 2: Don’t worry about the TARDIS. I’ll put it on emergency power so they can’t detect it. Don’t worry about it, just let it hide away. 4- no, wait a minute, 3: No getting involved in big historical events, not in this Earth, not in the human Earth, and not in any other world. 4: You. Don’t let me abandon you, Twilight. And 5, very important, 5: Do not let me eat apples, Twilight. I hate apples. Time Turner is a character i made up, but i won’t know that. I’ll think i am him, and i might do something stupid like eating an apple. I don’t care how much Applejack tries to convince you and me, in three months, i don’t wanna wake up from being a “normal” pony and taste that! And 6: Now i have to talk for around a minute or so without hesitation, deviation, or whatever the other thing is. It’s like that panel game on BBC Radio 4, like Lyra just pointed out. However, i’m going to move on and say number 7, and talk about my other favorite band, which is the Housemartins. I don’t know if anyone or anypony remembers the Housemartins, but the best gig i ever went to was at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Center in about December, it must’ve been about 1990 CE, and the Housemartins were playing, and Twilight, it was quite simply the best gig i’ve ever been to. They split up quite soon afterwards, i don’t know what that tells you about that particular event. I’m sitting in the TARDIS now, and i’m going to wind up soon, but not before i make some strange noises with my mouth that will go somewhere among the lines of bingle bongle dingle dangle yikkety-doo yikkety-dah ping pong lippy tuppy too tah. And 23: If anything goes wrong, if they find us, Twilight, then you know what to do. Open the watch. Everything i am is kept safe in there. Now, i’ve put a perception filter on it so the normal pony me won’t think anything of it. To him, it’s just a watch. But don’t open it unless you have to, Twilight.
