Nah, while some of the designs are based on IDW 2019, others are different (like Optimus Prime’s)
On the other hand, IDW will use characters from anywhere in their stories, hence why this issue also featured the Cyberverse versions of Shadowstriker and Slipstream, who’ve already appeared in IDW2019, and Airachnid from Prime.
