seems about right, also imagine if that bridge referenced the 11 feet 8 inch limit bridge(which is now 12’ 4”).

Well since that someone used the 8 foot candy cane as a frame of reference, we can safely assume that there height is roughly around what you said there.  

So I was not wrong, 3.89 PH. (PH for Pony Heights) We know that a pony can be about 0.80 to 1.20 m tall, so the height under the bridge is probably about 3.5 m for a human. But it is a little strange that they use pre-industrial measurements in a modern society. And they have trams in Maretown. Maretown is the name of the town in Maretime Bay that makes up the entire region around the bay and peninsula. Trams that seemed to be battery powered, maybe they have more advanced eco-friendly technology than us.
