I just realized, LBF (LincolnBrewsterFan) my friend: you tagging this image as ‘suggestive’ implies that you are incredibly strict about what you consider to be ‘safe’ and ‘suggestive’ on this site. Trust me, I have seen way more suggestive images on this site that have been given the ‘safe’ tag, meaning you should be fine having a ‘safe’ tag here. I mean, it isn’t like your OC is being aroused by anything, lol. Rather, she is simply enjoying the spring rain.
