Hahaha, well, I’m still playing classic mode so I have less role choices.
 
I remember that time when I was mafioso, and everything seems OK and all……………but can you really trust someone with a name like “Starscream”? Oh no, I wanted that achievement so much, I really wanted to be the GF that I tried to divert attention from me while my GF was getting more and more attention. We were like five or six people and all the trio GF-Maf-Framer, someone accused my GF of being GF and I went along, less so to keep appereances and more because I thought I could be a better mafia leader. Long voting short, my GF got lynched and I became GF. I was free, I could do whatever that I want and I eliminated townies until we were just three, my loyal framer, me and a townie. It was my glory moment and I openly gloated about it (There was no point, the graveyard and role list indicated that they were two maf one town so there was no point anymore to be subtle, and the townie was not a killing role).
 

 
And then………………..I felt from the magnificent bastard to a smug snake in a turn. I voted to lynch the townie, the townie voted against me………….and my so-called-loyal framer voted against me, and I was like “what?” I got unceremoniusly lynched, the framer became the new leader and killed the townie at night. The graveyard players were mercilessly mocking me for my attempt to become the leader, but since the framer-now-GF was the last man alive, I still won the game, but still, I felt like “Not fair!!!”

One of my favorite games was from quite a few months ago. I was Mafioso (which is… a boring role imo), but the GF was a god damn moron. He sent me to the Day 1 Surv claim, with both me and the Consig (i think) telling him not to. Sure enough, not only was it a Surv, but he vested and had a Lookout on him. Not surprising, I was lynched on day 2 and the surv was siding town for the rest of the match.
 
But I had a plan.
 
I acted salty as I could, blaming the GF for being a complete idiot, “this game sucks,” etc. All the way up to the point I was dead. Night 2 rolls around, I’m still fuming in the dead chat (alone) and, as I hoped, there was a Medium. Perfect. I keep going on and on about how the GF gamethrew, and eventually, after earning the Med’s “trust” I told the Med the GF’s name. Except of course, I wouldn’t actually do that, oh no, I just picked a name at random from the side. Day 3 rolls around, and the Medium has great news! The dead Mafioso was so angry at the GF that he told me who the GF was! It’s whats-his-face! They deny they were GF, refuse to give a role, everyone stops talking about what happened Night 2 and are all calling for him to get lynched, etc. The instant he gets up on the stand, he reveals as Mayor.
 
The dead Mafioso blind Mayor pick. I was just about laughing my ass off at that point, and the 6 or so “gg mafioso”s and the “Mulp you are a god” (I was Mulp Phim again) in chat was only making it better. We barely lost to town, mainly due to a Transporter really screwing up the rest of the townies for a few nights. I don’t even remember most of the game, just that one play I pulled out of my ass.

Hhahahaha, I thought the golden rule was “townies are usually dumb and mafia wins most of the time”.
 
A funny experience of mine happened yesterday. I was jester (Despite the Twi-CLOWN name, jester is not my favorite role in ToS because you must do whatever that it takes to get you lynched rather than survive), and to get an easy lynch, I decided to accuse someone of being an executor. Turns out people did believed me althought the guy survived that turn because they weren’t enought votes. Then I thought repeating the accusation the people would get suspicious and would get me, and to more insults to the injury, I claimed investigator despite the fact that someone else should be the investigator (It was classic play, and the random townie was already dead) and claimed that x person was executor again. They believed me and decided to lynch him. I was like “don’t worry, he will be a townie, and people will get suspicious about me”………………and then turns out I accused and actual Executioner by accident, and townies, rather than getting suspiciousm, they said “nice call Starscream (I was Starscream)” I was like “no way XD”.
 
I survived by the end of the game, but since I was jester, I lost.

(Yeah, I know, AJ looks like Sheriff, but Flutters doesn’t look like SK either and all of the rest looks like townies, so I just assume the appereances are just avatars and no roles.)

I found this 3 years too late. I tend to call myself Mulp Phim.
 
I always leave a pone butt in my notes/wills. That or a kappa.

Funny thing, I recently played a game of town of salem and named myself applejack.

1st time I played my freind (poland) was randomed lynnch by Germany and then Africa.
