People are so uptight these days. This psychotic aversion to drama is becoming drama itself. I wish we could go back to the days where we could just laugh at images like this. Hell, even pics that genuinely do tread into ‘drama’ territory can have fun comments sections if people didn’t take it so damn seriously.

Sorry to be a bother, but I really don’t think that image deserves the insulting tags that people are forcing upon it. I didn’t NOT upload this image to “start shit”, nor does it say anywhere that I did so with that intention. I just made a funny pic and people are ripping into it. It’s not “ironic shitposting”, nor are the characters being used as “mouthpieces” to convey an opinion.
 
It’s silly ponies doing silly things. And everyone keeps making it so much worse.
 
That doesn’t make me an asshole, a “duck”, or anything. People are just declaring it as such and it’s really starting to worry me. Please, with your permission, I’d like to have those tags removed, because they simply aren’t true. And having outside sources who do not understand the joke simply slapping those things on me doesn’t make it so.
 
Seriously, I’ve been on this site for years, and was a regular on Ponibooru long before that. On neither site have I ever tried to start shit, nor have I ever made an image deserving of the “OP is trying to start shit” tag in the 553 images I’ve uploaded in my lifetime, so why would I start now?
 
People are just taking this image REALLY, REALLY out of context, and that’s the god’s honest truth. Please let those tags be removed, because they’re only serving to make me look bad, when I’m really not, nor was I trying to.

Nowhere, but OP itself admitted that this image was uploaded to cause a reaction from the users, “ironic shitposting”. Its a matter of intention. Also, the ponies are being used in this case as mouthpieces, to transmit an opinion regarding the use of guns.

Yeah, this looks really to silly/comical to be making any kinda “statement” in favor, or against either political side, or on any gun-related issues really. It’s just Dashie being silly for sillyness.
 
It is a li’l funny in hindsight that Dashie is saying that to Twilight, considering her VA Tara Strong did voice some liberal anti-gun remarks on Twitter before. (But for God’s sakes, let’s NOT get into that.)
