Why is it I can see Cheese Sandwich fighting and defeating Pinkie Pie in a vs. match, one of his win quotes would be like Krillin from DBZ Budokai says after he beats Android 18 that he loves her, Cheese says the same thing.

I actually like the idea of Flash Sentry being in this fighting game. Why? So I can take the King Sombra character put him against Flash and beat the living crap outta him.

That’s pretty much why I specified Krillen. Characters who blow themselves up like a stick of dynamite don’t really work well, what with the whole blowing-themselves-up bit and all. Krillen, however, is both tiny and capable.
 
Not that Chiaotzu can’t be used, mind you. He’s definitely better than the Saibamen. Use enough energy blasts, dodges, and “Psychic Boulders” (I think that’s what his move was called anyway; it might also be “Psychic Rock”), and he can still win a battle pretty easily. It all comes down to how you use his size against your opponent. Plus, he charges his energy pretty fast.
 
Krillen’s still a better choice, but Chiaotzu can be manipulated in the right way to win too. As an example, I placed him up against Brolly just like I did with Krillen. Chiaotzu still won.
 
To be fair, winning a battle against Brolly isn’t something to be snubbed very easily. Apparently, throwing huge rocks trumps giant energy blasts of doom. Interesting, isn’t it?

Seabreeze would be overpowered simply due to size, much like how in the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai games a computer controlled Krillen will almost always beat a computer controlled Brolly.
