This was mainly a question of how far said linguistic imperialism had gotten, not on what qualifies as a person. (Though while we’re on the subject, I was under the impression that sapient beings without the capacity for civilization were still considered people.)
No, barring further linguistic imperialism on the part of the Equestrians, interpersonal is still the correct term. Person is not a synonym for human. It refers to any sapient being with the capacity for civilization.
sad if not. though i keep encountering scenarios from other shows/games/films/comics where despite being happily married…a guy or gal keeps saying he/she still loves their first love (sometimes, even more than their spouse)
Well, there’s good news and bad news, and they’re both the same thing: Spike, unless his life changes drastically, is unlikely to reproduce. And that’s assuming pony/dragon crossbreeding is even possible at all.

kinda sad if that happens a third time X_X hopefully not like the first two times but with twilight, it’s more of being on a path of self destruction trying to please celestia rather than surpassing/being equal to.
Let’s be fair, Celestia means well, she’s just… Not good with interpersonal (interpony?) relationships.

Yeah, but it’s Twilight and sunset in the pic, so that’s who I went with. ;)
sunset also works with luna though their banishments are polar opposites.

Joking aside, a valid point, Twilight and Sunset are definitely two sides of the same coin, but perhaps not the best way of making said point.
