Yeah, I meant not as a caretaker, but as a stage presence. Like at a birthday party. Where she only needs to generate attention and entertainment.

Anyways, yeah, not as a full-time thing. Trixie being asked to take care of children for more than say.. a day would go badly. Because while i guess she can probably cook, wouldnt take any shit from them and is presumably pretty self-reliant considering her background, I cant imagine she would have the patience to actually go through with everything you need to do to care for a child. She’d start trying to figure out a way to use magic to speed things up… or freeze them until she could get rid of them or something.
 
The parents would basically get back statues and a note that said ‘Theyre fine. Tell Sparkle i said hi.’
 
But just as a general thing, i imagine she’d be good. Children probably cant pickup on the things that make her kinda messed up as easily as adults do, and since Trixie is only a jerk, not actually satan, behavior that get a full-grown pony tied up or set slightly on fire is going to get a free pass.

I always did have the vague idea that Trixie is probably actually pretty good with children. And basically only children.
 
That said, im not sure these kids would count.
