I doubt that Hasbro would care at all. At the end of season 5 the Castle toy set would been over a year old. All that matters to them is that it appeared in the show, not what happens afterward. Or do you think that the Crystal Empire is still a thing because Hasbro wants one mandatory Crystal Empire episode each season?
