Piece by piece, starting with the happy fun bright and sparkly images:
 
artist:birde-3 → artist:prismaticstars - Done.  
artist:birdivizer → artist:prismaticstars (DA confirmation) - Done.
 
Those are all safe rated images moved onto their current DA, and it clears off their most recent DA (artist:birdivizer) for the semi-grimdark stuff that is mostly in the other tags.
 
So … now to deal with the creepifying ones:
 
artist:anappleforgotten → artist:birdivizer (DA Source Redirect) - Done.  
artist:bird-spirit → artist:birdivizer (DA Source Redirect)
 
Now we have 3 artist tags for the same artist, two of which have all safe and one that has some semi-grimdark and darker stuff.
 
Foist, mongering the two safe ones, based on the DA redirect:
 
artist:applebirdie → artist:prismaticstars (DA redirect) - Done.
 
That leaves us with two artists tags, which I’ve added to the artist’s profile.
 
artist:birdivizer - almost entirely darker stuff  
artist:prismaticstars - almost entirely lighter stuff
 
They both point to the same DA account, but this way the “different aspects” of the artist’s work are fairly well split - there’s some cross-overs between the different accounts, but for the most part one is sparkly and safe and the other is mostly safe but a little “five nights at Freddy’s”
 
I’m going to leave the split like this for now - the artist hasn’t been on the site for 2 years, so I’m not going to go any further.

@Brokedownandmadeone & @Brokedownandmadeone - I’m sorry, there’s so much going on there I’m going to have to drink more coffee before I even try to figure it out, and will handle in a separate reply. I might need to get a white board for this.

For the most part, yes. Except you don’t want to include “http://derpibooru.org”, but use the text after it. Like so:
