Outside the castle several figures cloaked in shadow quickly approached, quickly taking out a few of the guards

Ebon smirked and chuckled at Tokugawa’s wisdom  
“Your reputation is well deserved. You are correct Blueblood will attract others like him, putting all our enemies in one spot.”

Tokugawa: “we believe that blueblood as an enemy is worth as mouch as others may be as allies. his death will not help you as much as one might think.”

Ebon: Yes he’ll very well try that and since most of his supporters are in the south, he’ll head there to start his movement to oppose my regency. I’m sure Hanzo wouldn’t mind enlisting the aid of the other hives in order to remove him?”

Oda: “i will muster my forces and be ready when the official announcement is made.”
 
Tokugawa: “Blueblood will declare the document, and you, illegitimate, pretend the princesses are your hostages, because honestly fair, and rally any “upstanding loyal citizens” against us… but i believe we can break a number of supports before it comes to battle.”

“Yes, but that is why I’ve asked the two of you here. I want them gone by any means necessary”

“with this, the order either disbands or will find itself destroyed… but the monasteries are well defended.”

Ebon nodded and looked to them both.  
“I know that which is why I’m forcing a particular law in regards to Ikko Ikki.”  
Closing his eyes he took a drink and showed the the law, which once made official the next day would essentially make the Ikko Ikki traitors to the Shoguante and Royal court  
“The Empress’s views were taken into account but since they don’t claim allegiance to the Imperial court or any Daimyo this makes them a threat, one I want gone by any means necessary.”

“yes, but even with that known and public stain on their image they are no less dangerous, my sources report that they too are gathering help… among the Ikko Ikki, meaning we cannot be sure about which monastery the next disruption will come from.”
 
Oda: “their supposed piety never stopped that sort from taking up arms against rulers.”

Ebon nodded to their words as he took a sip  
“I understand your concerns and that is an concern Tokugawa but if that was a concern of the late Empress, I would’ve backed the Bluebloods. It’s no surprise that they left the city a few days before you arrived”

Oda:“we are to provide our troops so that the shogunate has an army again.”
 
Tokugawa: “mainly because after the takeda are out of the picture only the infamous god of war would be the alternative. except he would ithout so much as a twitch of an eyebrow slaughter all that hold blood ties to the previous empress.”

Ebon nodded and poured them both a cup as well  
“Now onto business, though I’m sure you know what I’m going to ask of you”

Ebon stated taking a seat motioning for them to take a seat. Pouring some sake he laughed a bit  
“And I won’t lie, it does please me that you crushed the Takeda so completely.”

“I’m sure you’re tired and hungry from your journey, shall we relax then talk business?”

Ebon heart left the two girls under the care of the council as he greeted Nobunaga. Waving a hand he ordered the Honor Guard to relax “Congratulations are in order Nobunaga, your victory over the Takeda was a shock to some in the court.”  
Ebon hinted to Nobunaga and Tokugawa, that some in the Imperial court had backed the Takeda

a few days later the already well known pair of Daimyo would indeed show up, in their entourage a few names spies would identify as noteworthy(the adjective, not the pony.).
 
in specific names like twilight Star, flash magnus, Stygian, Belladonna Lulamoon, Hanzo Hattori and not to be forgotten the famed architect of the west Hideyoshi.

Back in the Capital Ebon read their report quite pleased with the breaking of the Takeda. Setting the scroll down, he laughed watching Celestia chase Luna around under the watchful eye of Starswirl. Writing a missive, he wanted to invite Nobunaga to the capital to celebrate his victory
