I respectfully disagree with your interpretation of the scope of rule #3, but I will accept it.

PIRL-style images are not really considered Rule #3, as the pony is still a focus of the image and is composed into and acting within the scene.
 
Rule #3 is more for templates and exploitable memes, or when a pony has been added to an image in a way that doesn’t make sense and/or change the focus to the pony related content.

Then can you correct my thinking as to what is meant by the obligatory pony condition? When I read “inserting a pony or the mention of a pony into an otherwise unrelated image”, I feel that that’s an exact description of what I reported.
 
 

 

I checked your report history. There were two images you reported for Rule #3 that weren’t deleted, and neither of them violated that rule.

It should be fine if you don’t spam reports. You might still not get an answer, but you won’t be punished.

So upon reporting something a little while ago, I noticed the site keeps a page of past reports for me to look at. Every thing I’ve reported is a closed case now, but a couple of cases were denied. One of these is in my opinion blatantly breaking rule #3.
 
If I were to report said image one more time with a clear description of how it’s (again, as I see it blatantly) breaking the rules, would I suffer punishment for reporting the same thing twice?
