[OOC: I have been inactive because nothing has captivated my attention enough to make me more active; I have ideas that fascinate me, thus I prefer to dwell on those rather than make semi-regular posts in the 3 threads that were all made by the same person. If I have little reason to check my notifications, then I probably won’t.]  
[OOC: Should I have any reason to, I will be more active; however, some things do come up.]

(Scuba here! I just moved into my new place and will be getting internet today. Needless to say, I plan on being way more active.)

(I want to see this thread go on, but between all of us, and considering our activity, how are we gonna be able to continue?)

“Um…yes. Yes, that’s correct.” she said with a bit of surprise. “I didn’t think I was famous in any way…” She was also thrown off with the reaction Mr. Price took when Dana was rejecting his handshake. “That’s not how someone who’s calculating usually acts…” she thought. “He almost acts the same as Rarity. I wonder…”
 
Fluttershy quietly interrupted Mr. Price as he and Alex were chatting. “Sorry to interrupt, Mr. Price, but I’m curious about something.” she said with a small smile. “Where did you get your suit?”

“Oh…” Mr. Price rubbed the back of his head. “I truly am sorry, madam. I suppose my manners are more old-fashioned than what you are accustomed to?” He seemingly ignored the part about the island being cursed.
 
“But yes… You are Fluttershy, I presume? The friend of Rainbow Dash. One hears a lot about you and your friends all over Equestria.” He then turned to Alex. “Let me guess: Alexander, the doctor?” He reached out a hand to shake Alex’s.

A nervous chuckle came from the pegasus as she watched Dash and Dana’s behavior towards Mr. Price. “Um, you have to forgive them, Mr. Price!” she said with a nervous tone as she stepped in to take a hold of Dana’s hand. “We’re all quite tense since we found out this island is…well, cursed.”

She gave Alex a glance out the side of her eyes, hinting that she could use a hand in not blowing the whole plan out the gate. It’s one thing to find the host of the island suspicious. It’s another when you got someone figured out all wrong, resulting in getting kicked off the island entirely.

“Oh, do not worry–it is very much okay.” Mr. Price smiled upon catching a glimpse of his wife. “Ah, Annabelle! I see you have already met our guests.” He put an arm around Annabelle. “This is Annabelle Price, my wife.”
 
“Yeah, we know,” Dash replied.
 
“My, my! Such an attitude.” Mr. Price looked at Dash. “You must be Rainbow Dash, the athlete superstar we have heard so much about.” He tried to shake hands with her, but she drew back, glaring at him with the force of a thousand suns.
 
Price looked to be about 48 years old, but in relatively good health. He was 6’4”, had a coat of grey with a brown mane and tail, plus a nice mustache to match. His most noticeable feature, however, were his piercing green eyes. He turned to Dash’s compainion next.
 
“And I assume that you are Dana, the race car driver?” He reached for Dana’s hand and lifted it, planting a kiss on the knuckles.

“Most of us…” Fluttershy said with nervous smile, quietly breathing a sigh of relief as they all saw the main stallion approaching them. “Still, thank you for inviting us, Mr. Price.”
 
She gave the classy stallion a bow as he approached the group, feeling it was necessary in his presence. Price seemed like a stallion who, although charming and well-mannered on the outside, lived by a strict code of classmanship. Not greeting the stallion in his presence seems like an insult to Fluttershy, so she didn’t took any chances with him.
 
“Sorry if I caused any trouble by showing up so late.”

Dana gently nodded.

The footsteps came closer, and closer… and then, descending the staircase and dressed in a fancy black and white suit, was the host himself. It may not have been clear that it was he, but as soon as they heard his voice, it was instantly recognizable.
 
“Well,” he began. “I see that you have all made it here safely?”

Annabelle was startled a bit at hearing the door slam

(We could add you. Problem is, we’re currently inside and it’s night, so if you were to show up, it would have to be the next day, most likely.)

Just then, they all heard a door slam up above, followed by the sound of distant footsteps on the floorboards. They seemed to be getting closer, too.

“Go ahead and sit at the table or explore a bit if you want, you’re free to do what you want.”

(Oh…actually, I’d be okay with it. Still ultimately left up to the host of this RP, though I’m pretty sure we’re gonna need a ‘rescue party’ at some point!)

“Oh, yes, we haven’t got to meet Mr. Price yet.” the pegasus added on. “I mean, we’ve seen him before in pictures, but not in person.” A small thought crossed her mind as she took another look at the mansion’s interior. “Unless we’re having a tour of this place…I-I mean if we have time. Otherwise, um…let’s eat?”
