It was probably missed or we weren’t aware of it then. Like I said, if it appears to be legally dubious, we have to remove it once we become aware of it.

But like I said, >>976770 is still up, while >>984422 is not.  
They’re literally the same picture, except one’s colored and the other isn’t.
 
I’m gonna be honest, it’s kind of bothering me, mostly because I get the feeling that someone screwed up, but I dunno, I am clinically paranoid for a reason.

There’s been over 1.6 million images uploaded to this site. We do not have the capability to monitor and review every single upload.
 
However, if we eventually become aware of images that could be legally questionable, we still have to review them and delete them if necessary.
 
The rule change only signified an absolute ban, whereas images uploaded before the change were allowed in very specific circumstances (characters seeming nonhuman enough).

That’s fair, but something like >>691189 (If I picked the correct picture) was one of the first images Xennos uploaded to Derpi, I find it odd that it was removed now when it’s been for more that two years.  
Plus, one of the sketches is still up, but the final picture was removed.

The date caveat in the rule is in reference to the absolute banning of anthro foalcon; images before the date weren’t deleted outright, but any that get reported are still reviewed and can be removed if deemed to be loli/shota.

So, I noticed most of Xennos’s anthro pictures got deleted due to Rule 5, even though they were uploaded ages before the rule got updated, any reason why?
