Ye, but unlike the regular tags in terms of use these two are useful for the same exact circumstances, so combining them isn’t really an issue like it is with the base tags, and ‘vagina’ could added on its own the same way it would be to an image with just vulva. That, or just delete the ‘Imp. vagina’ tag all on it’s own(though I know aliases are generally considered more useful than deletions, so I suggested the former), since it’s kind of the equivalent of having a ‘impossibly large vulvar winking’ tag in sense that there is a regular tag that could be added(obvs vulvar winking isn’t a body part, but hopefully you see my point).

Unless we’re taking it literally and only using the latter tag in the same way as the vagina tag except bigger(which I think is pretty pointless semantics with tags this specific), I think an alias is fine. Not sure which way it should flow, though. Maybe the former tag just to discourage tagging ‘vagina’ when it isn’t needed.
If nothing else, they should probably imply their parent tags.
