I think i have something that fits your guidelines
How about a multi-part comic about Yona’s Pony form
Here’s the idea, Suppose Rarity DID turn Yona into the Pony form shown in “She’s All Yak” (in reference: https://derpicdn.net/img/2019/5/15/2039493/large.png ) but doesn’t know a spell to return her to normal
The comic doesn’t show the transformation par say (but since TF isn’t in your nogo list there, You’re welcome to add that in) but more or less focuses on Yona’s life as a permanent earth pony [namely this form: https://derpicdn.net/img/2019/5/15/2039493/large.png ]
but this, i’m referring to what traits of her yak form are doable as a earth pony?, what she can do as her pony form? and what can’t do as a pony now she’s no longer a yak?

I’m an artist.
Now I’m no Ciderpunk or ralek, but I do my very best.
I will show my posts here and you can tell me what you think.
Now warning. I have a very unique art style. Different than others. I don’t draw amazingly well but I do okay.
You can suggest ideas as well. I love challenges and trying new things!
Now, nsfw is allowed, but do censor for the innocent ones. ||h o r s e p u s s y ||
There are also some fetishesthat I will not do, so I’ll provide a list and reasons why because why not?
1. No Scat/Fart fetishes (because, not to kink shame but I think it’s gross.)
2. No impossibly large anything or inflation. (Not into growth, etc.)
3. No long nipples or duper veiny hairy cocks (it weirds me out…)
4. No foot or armpit fetishes. (Idk it just seems gross to me)
5. No rape/grimdark. (The answer to why is personal 🤭
