It’s no biggie, it’d just be more convenient. Two right arrows followed by the image number.
The image number is in the url of the image. After the “booru.org/”. So if you go to the image above you’ll notice the url is either on https://derpibooru.org/578520 or https://trixiebooru.org/578520.
Trixiebooru is a mirror of derpibooru - same site but a different address that makes it so you can be logged into one and not the other, save your cookies on one and not the other, etc.
Anyways, this is really neat. I thought I’d seen all the diaperpones on this site (except the few newest ones of course) but somehow I’d missed this relatively good, old one. Yay.
