No .. motW is a avant-garde prog metal band best known for being very unknown but having a big cult following, they’re also known for their surreal lyrics about love, life, death and astral projections. I wasn’t really big on LYBM, but have grown to love it. The two opener songs, “Sleep is a Curse”, and “He is Riseth, the Numberless” two parter are some of the best songs I’ve heard off of it. Not as much as the predecessor Bath though, which I think is a lot better.

It’s honestly some of the best material motW did, and the intro seems to be considered one of the most elegant openers to an album.

Ben, the first bassist in Dark Matter, really liked MCR. I remember that when they broke up, he was depressed for at least a week.
