Just watched SomecallmeJohnny’s video about the Sonic 4 saga. The fact that the game was meant to be a mobile game with no ties to the original Genesis saga really explains a lot of those games’ shortcomings.

Fans despises the game because not because the gameplay, but mostly because its called “Sonic 4”.

The name was only for marketing reasons and I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case. I bet Sonic Mania would have been called Sonic 4 if weren’t for…….Sonic 4.  
I still think both episodes are OK but I don’t have any other interest to go back to them these days. Still, it was a damn shame that episode 3 never got to see the light of day.

On the topic of Knux’s VA. I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing it.  
Never thought the actor that portrayed Brixton would be voicing our favorite red echidna :)

I’m almost thirty,Scottish/Native American,I’m a leftist,I like Power Rangers and I’m an artist.  
My favorite Sonic character is Sticks,my favorite game in the series is one of the old Genesis ones, I’m not a big gamer. I like the Satam cartoon and Sonic Boom.

I like them but they’re not my favorites.

I love some of the games, but adore the fan content. I avoid shipping like the damn black plague, and I am trying to become a minor SFM artist, mainly focused on Sonic crap.
 
I love the comics, despite its flaws. I am quite obsessed with a minor robot character, and it shows.

Looks more a fan of Mahou shoujo. Even if she was a fan, it would make sense since she’d be the target demographic.

Wonder how long it’ll be until somebody ponifies her with that design/outfit.

The worst part about that game is that if it wasn’t for Sonic colours, it likely would have ended up being the Blueprints for the Sonic franchise
