This place has always had everything posted here though with very few exceptions. Banning that specific character was bound to cause an uproar about censorship here. Unbanning it causing a reverse uproar is a bit stupid though as we are basically back to the start but different people are complaining now.
 
Here’s hoping the next April Fool’s event here is directly related to this is some way though. :D

I hope that the people who are quitting over an issue that doesn’t even exist don’t spread slander about the site at least.  
That way the site will still be running by the time April rolls around, at least.

You call a 0.19% of all uploads (THOSE INCLUDE POSTS OF BEATING UP NAZIS) a “nazi infested community”, “place of nazi-apologists”, “racist community”?  
Yes nazis are bad. thats not part of the discussion. but you will NEVER achive a 0%. What next? do you guys want to remove your stuff from furaffinity? there are quite a lot of nazi uploads(by tags). what about e621? same thing. what about twitter? they dont do anything either. terminate your account. What about patreon? you still find antisemitism and blackhate blogs. nothing happens. shut down your patreon? go on. dont just talk the talk on nitpicked sites. walk the walk on ALL your platforms that are slow on remove, or don’t remove at all.

All those artists posted here. A thread about “Anti-Nazi DNP Pledge”. It’s a “pledge” because artists take a stance: either you leave things at it is, and our DNP will also stay, or you satisfy our demands, and we will retract our DNP.  
So, staff satisfied all your demands. But instead of retracting DNP, every single one of you kept DNP. Which means the whole “pledge” thing was a lie.  
So, if you’re going to keep DNP anyway, what’s stopping staff from reversing reversal of a reversal? You can’t DNP twice. By retracting your promise, you made yourselves powerless.

I’m disappointed. Requested DNP, see ya, I’m done here.

yes that’s what i said. but let’s keep it real. hate will always exist. reaching 0% is impossible. and by removing/censoring etc you’re making the problem WORSE!  
What will happen? The radicals will find a new platform. one where they’re pandered to. one where they get radicalised more. and this will explode at one point.  
When was the last time those who complain here did risk something for a change? When was the last time people spend effort into changing someone? When was the last time any of those engaged in deradicalise the problem? or donated to a organization that does? or even gave them a shoutout?  
People say here “remove my stuff, i dont want to support you” because there is NOTHING on the line for them. they have NO interest in changing ANYTHING.  
Change requires effort. the possibility to fail. the potential of live changing backlash.  
being a nobody on a sea of no-ones does nothing.

I requested the DNP, not for the rule change. I went DNP because despite my best efforts to try and grow my art on a show that brought a lot of friends to me, everyone decides to go at each other’s necks and toss out the very message some cartoon for 8 year old girls told. If you can’t get along with each other than I find the lot of you insufferable. From the times I lost my platforms over bullies and gatekeepers to the now of not getting a grip I’m done. I am not or ever will be a big time artist and that’s okay, I’m sick of this the very definition of why nearly everyone else considers this fandom a joke.
