The voice is kinda familiar but I don’t know which voice actress it is
I think it may be Ma Zink voicing Allura in the Brazilian Portuguese dub. I could try to reach out to him* on Instagram, but I’m not sure he’d answer. All VAs I tried to contact through Instagram didn’t answer my messages and the possible dubbing studio for the season didn’t answer to my email either.
(*He refers to himself with male pronouns in social media posts, so I’ll just follow suit)

The screenshot actually only shows one person’s tenure ending in March, it says April for the rest of them. Regardless, still seen no proof that these episodes are not animated well ahead of when they are released.

Wait, couldn’t have Allura used her ice powers to either brainwash Izzy to becoming a spy, turn her into an ice statue and trap her there, banish her and seal off the cave or better yet, actually try to kill her since she has sharp claws? Banishing her over and over and over really wasn’t the smartest plan for her to do.
Episode was eh, I grew tired of the running gag and for an episode focusing on Allura and Twitch again, I thought it would’ve been better. I do hope that Izzy paid her tab to Sunny for all those fruit baskets.

Wait, couldn’t have Allura used her ice powers to either brainwash Izzy to becoming a spy, turn her into an ice statue and trap her there, banish her and seal off the cave or better yet, actually try to kill her since she has sharp claws? Banishing her over and over and over really wasn’t the smartest plan for her to do.
Simple explanation. Allura’s hinted to be less evil than she appears, thus she didn’t want to take a more aggressive approach to dealing with Izzy until her patience reached its limit.

Although mdash is a well-trusted leaker, we have certainly been considering the possibility that he’s been given false info in this circumstance because there are reportedly two insiders involved here, mdash and the guy giving him info. While mdash is trusted from the many things he’s gotten right, he’s been described as an “early access leaker”, not an “inner secrets leaker”. In any case, it’s EQD and Cxcd who deserve a look of scorn right now for jumping straight to doomposting without waiting for any kind of actual confirmation.

While it makes sense, the slowdown in overall G5 content is not reassuring at all. We were supposed to get the second out of four specials in August, and we’ve just hit September. Never mind today’s episode seems to be building up for a finale, having Allura returning after forever ago and no confirmed new upcoming G5 content.

Opaline had a goal though. Allura’s much more similar to a previous gen character regarding why she’s “evil”. Many others in g4 and g1 are evil just because.

Funny enough, someone brought up the fact that these 4 legged round, chubby, fluffy bunnies in the upcoming episode greatly resembled the ones in 3d despite bunnies already existing and looking normal in TYT episodes prior. Smells like a retcon if you ask me, and also a sign that the modellers want to cut down tasks like modelling spheres into spherical rabbits instead of regular ones.

Even if the Ponyverse was real and in development, they still wouldn’t enjoy it simply because they don’t like g5 and think they shouldn’t interact at all with their predecessors.

Personally, I think the slowdown is due to that “Ponyverse” thing being scrapped, and Hasbro realizing that if they didn’t stretch the release window for TYT s2 then they wouldn’t have any content for 2025 (since apparently they’re planning… something for 2026)
I really don’t buy that theory that there are just episodes that are going to be left unfinished.

And a big reason why I’m also having trouble buying that the remaining S2 episodes are just going to be left unfinished just for a tax write-off (seriously, is anyone here an accountant who can verify that you can get tax write-offs for not putting finished episodes of a show on the internet?) like what Warner Bros. likes to do with canceling their finished movies is something I remarked on in the comment section. While I can’t stand WB, they don’t just cancel their finished movies for the tax write-offs. With a movie, you need a lot, and I mean a lot of people to pay to watch the movie. Canceling it is also done to avoid a financial risk. Releasing a movie in theaters is nothing like putting content on the internet for free.

Too bad that Spanish company got the memo too late. Better kept a secret than release to then change their mind a second later. But really, until Hasbro answers, it’s unconfirmed if they’re seriously scrapping a huge opportunity of a lifetime.
Speaking of, if they really did, what are the reasons that isn’t just “G5 is a failure”? Lack of willing studio? Got many candidate studios but they’re too expensive? No confirmed art style? No available voice actors? No story or plot planned at all? The realisation that the multiverse storyline is waning? A irrational fear of this united universe causing g5 and g4 fans to bicker than cooperate? I can go on, but that should be about most of the possibilities.
