All the other lesser-grade grog and hooch we had got either dumped across the wheat fields for an ad hoc fire wall, or mixed into the flamer tanks for extra abundance of fuel, and for a slow-burning defensive kick. ^:p

Seen the ram ability button. Felt wary to use it, cuz tanks being valuable and shiz.
 
Did a leapfrog tactic instead with pairs, where one gets an enemy’s attention while the other flanks around. ^:P
 
The least damaged of the two then does the attention grabbing on the next sortie.

why do that when you can use the radio silence againts human players, pretty much use a puma to destroy those peski mortar halftracks, priests or use a luchs to destroy artillery and vet 3 retreated infantry without them notcing it
 
(radio silence makes all your units invisible for the enemy on the minimap, and they wont get notified when one of your units atacks their backline, i mean, their units will say that in radio, but no alert on hub or minimap)

Got to Stalingrad. Quickly stopped using the muster-conscripts command to keep away the kill-crazy commissars. ^:P
 
I suck at quickly making commands at accurate positions or points, so everything was going slow and defensive. A single sniper team would scout the ruins for the enemy, and if the contingent they discovered was dug in enough, I’d have it bombarded by an infantry-towed artillery team, and later on when it was available, katusha rockets.
 
Most other infantry would serve as a constricting python defense to kill stuff trying to escape or counter-assault. My offensive force was a pair of rapid-reacting m5 halftracks with anti-air guns for streetsweeping, along with T-34 tanks later on for handling hard targets.  
(combat engineers armed with flamethrowers would stick around capture points  
to defend them from enemy infantry, and work as pit crews for damaged vehicles.)
 
I also love how every time I encounter enough enemies, an entire orchestra starts up.(Company of Heroes 2 Original Soundtrack/OST - 06 - O My Brother, Be Strong)  
As if my ragtag band of frontovik misfits is about to hold off the entire Barbarossa assault. ^%:D%

it would be a shame if someone, equiped their elite troops with infrared scopes sturmwegehrs (wich detect invisible infantry)
 
and used a pair of luchs to wipe out the flametrowers

It’s not so much hiding and sneaking as it is sending a pair of shifty-eyed dudes to go peak for a second around a dubious-looking street intersection, then if anything is there, hammering the whole area with blitzing AA halftracks and well-placed artillery gun teams.  
_{(basically how I made due for a while, without tanks and heavier shiz.)}
 
If there’s any enemy vehicles too, than the halftrack pulls forward and promptly retreats back as bait, while the cannon crew and supporting infantry get ready to turn the incoming panzer into a zippo.  
_{(it happened once with a hetzer-looking tank. In a standoff between the gun crew and it, the crew won)}
 
If fast-movers get through though to the capture points, then I just sic a squad with a captured panzershrek at it. ^_xP
