I suppose I’d vow to protect and love her until such a time that Shiny returns and they reconcile. If neither of those things happen, then I guess the guys down at the courthouse are gonna have a hell of a time figuring out the protocol for a man trying to marry a sapient horse.

I’d tell that she is better off with Shining Armor. Then I will find him and punch him straight on the nose and let Cadence stay here on earth.

Advise her to sleep with Twilight to get back at Shining Armor.

considering that the only thing that their relationship was founded on was Twilight Sparkle, I don’t think there’s much that you can do.

I would investigate the circumstances, and discover that it was all a big misunderstanding. Then I would slap Shining Armor, Hoity Toity, and Braeburn for causing the misunderstanding and tell Shining to go apologize to his wife right away.

Raise an eyebrow at how she got into my house firstly.  
Sit her down and play armchair therapist.  
Get some food into her stomach to sop up the alcohol.  
Snuggle.  
Sleep.  
Deal with a, more than likely, panicky and still distraught Alicorn in the morning after she slept off the booze.

First I would brush her mane and coat while I let her vent for a little while, then I would give her ear scratches while she calmed. Then I would help her get back at her ex-husband before helping her move on.

Okay now, I have a set of rules in place for such scenarios.
 
First, I would sit down with her and let her vent her frustrations. Gently and calmly talk it out with her to the point shes no longer crying and instead is joking happily about her ass-wipe of an ex husband.  
Second, I would ensure we have a steady supply of Drinks to keep the buzz going.  
Third, Try and get it to where she agrees to stay with me.  
Fourth, If I played my cards right all night I’d fall asleep next to her after a hot night of Passionate Revenge sex.  
And Finally when I wake up, I would hopefully find that shes still there in bed the next time I wake up.
 
If there’s time after ALL OF THAT. I would put a bullet in all three of there heads so she can take her kingdom back.

Cheer her up and let her stay with me.
