Apparently the character limit is supposed to encourage brevity (the soul of wit); instead, it tends to encourage inanity, poor grammar, and texting-style abbreviations. I h8 it, u no?
it’s only 140 characters. Probably the dumbest limit ever. I’ve seen forums that had more as sigs. Despite the retarded limitation and the overall clunky-ness of the site it actually is intended and used as a serious political site very often.
I didn’t know Twitter had a character limit so I apologize. I’m not a major fan of social media so I don’t know much about it.
That was a long message, and Twitter has a character limit. I suppose it could be argued that she could have made multiple posts, but I won’t fault her for it.

nah this place is way too hugboxy lately, we need more impassive stoics and generally grouchy/cranky ponies to right the ship
Cancer isn’t anyone’s fault, and in this case, I think the prognosis was grim to begin with. Even so, scam artists and quacks often make their money by convincing desperate people not to get the treatment they need, which is one reason that this case is particularly heartbreaking.
