Hah, I had no idea it was originally a wrestling move, and it looks like there are only four images tagged that way. I think generally it has come to mean a reverse suspended congress except with the penetrating partner’s arms hooked around the receiving’s legs.

Isn’t “full nelson” a wrestling thing that just happens to also be sex slang?
[edit] I do see that nearly all images tagged with full nelson use it in the sex position context, so maybe it should get renamed something like “full nelson position” to leave “full nelson” for the few wrestling pics?

Should these tags imply standing sex?
IMO yeah.
There are only 8 results for those two tags that aren’t explicit, so I don’t think there’s any harm in implying sex through this
Both of *suspended congress already imply sex.
Additionally, should Full Nelson imply reverse suspended congress?
IMO yeah, but at least e621 doesn’t (then again: e621 could use many more implications/aliases, so their lack of implication doesn’t necessarily mean it shouldn’t imply).
