It was comparatively unimaginative next to the original. Is it just me who thinks that? I doubt I’m alone in this, TBH.

Wow. Steven Universe is on its last season……. wasn’t expecting this, and yes I haven’t even watched it recently. Can’t help but feel sad…. guess 2019 is just like 2016, but more depressing to see great cartoons dying.

I never quite got all the vitriol myself. What I gather is that people just hold it against him for not unquestionably believing some seemingly outlandish babble about spaceships and falling pieces of the sky just because it happens to be coming from his own kid.

There’s no guarantee other platforms won’t have their own executive meddling troubles. Case in point, Tuca and Bertie despite having critical acclaim got canned after one season on Netflix.
